Meet Scott Hall, Utah’s Favorite Realtor

I was born and raised in Utah and enjoy raising my family in this great state. I became a licensed Realtor in 2002. I initially bought and sold real estate just for myself – flipping properties. I learned a lot during that time, and then I transitioned into helping buyers and sellers a few years later – and I love it! Overall, I’ve been an active, licensed Realtor for 17 years.

As buyers who have looked through homes with me can validate, I absolutely have a passion for viewing homes, learning what the buyers like and dislike, and then working hard to find “the one” for them. It’s a wonderful moment when I can see buyers start the transition from “casually looking” to “aggressively seeking” and then finally to realizing “this is it!”

When helping sellers I know how important it is to get a home in near-perfect showing condition prior to selling – without just telling them to spend a bunch of money. And while some people might like to hear how amazing and valuable their home is, I find it more successful and ethical to help sellers understand a realistic view of their home’s value, what some of the best selling points are, and also what might help increase its value and marketability.
